NaturalReader is a Text to Speech software that incorporates natural human voices.
This application is very useful for those with vision problems, for listening text documents, PDF documents, text emails, communications, alerts, weather forecast, or even web pages, while in others tasks, instead of reading screens. Text can be added by copying and pasting. The text to be read aloud can be selected out of a complete document. User selects the part of the text to be read aloud, press the predetermined hotkey and listen to it.
The speech output can be converted to MP3 or WAV files and be saved for later uses on another portable device, for learning themes or languages, sending speech messages, chating messages to coleagues, saving on an audio CD, etc.
The speech generator engine uses Microsoft Natural Voices. These are user selectable on the fly and more to be imported.
Hot keys shorcuts are supplied for the user to easily change to speech anytime. Speech speed can be adjusted any time, as well as the speaker.

But, in the counterpart, you can see that are good voices in the paid version, but I wouldn't buy that version, because I don't know if the quality will be without that strong and innaporpiate backgrund noise.
